Council Avenue

This is minutes away from southfield fwy, 94 , and 75. 15 minutes from downtown Detroit, and 35 minutes from Ann Arbor. The floors are carpeted, and vinyl, and the walls are white. I have furniture for the room, but your own is also welcome. I have a dog and 2 cats, which are all very well behaved and will only appreciate being petted occasionally by whom ever lives here. This is a ranch with 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom and a spacious living room/dining room. There is also first floor laundry.

I am a 27 year old hair stylist, and have my associates in business administration. Im super friendly and personable but respect personal space and boundaries. The house is a shared space in my opinion and our rooms are our own. I am a pretty clean and organized person, as long as everyone is taking care of their messes/dishes in shared spaces I am happy. I will be out of the house a lot between work and social events, and sometimes will have sleepovers with girlfriends. I also like to host dinners about twice a month. Internet is 80 dollars a month you will be responsible for half. I ask for help with the lawn care as well, 20 dollars every two weeks until fall.
