I am looking for a room mate in my 3 bed 2.5 bath house. The house is 1850sf. The room is furnished with a bed and a nightstand. If you are interested in using your own furniture. I can remove mine. If you need storage, there is a crawl space you can use. It has a private bathroom and also access to the washer/dryer. I have a garage available for $50 a month for a spot. Parking off the street is free.

I am a 33 male that works in the engineering/construction industry. I am pretty out going and like to go mountain biking, riding motorcycles or going to a brewery. I have a German Shepherd / husky mix dog. Must not have any issues with dogs.
