Rent is $1000 per month, plus heat, electric, and cable TV, which when split between 2 people will cost roughly $385. The total cost to share this awesome apt. is approx. $1,385 per month.

Credit and background check required; must have good credit. Lease is required through May 31, 2024. There is a small $500 security deposit and a $250 lease/application fee. Total move-in cost for July 1 is $1750.

The apt. location is conveniently located on bus routes that go to Boston, it is within walking distance to Moody Street shops and restaurants, and a 7 minute drive to routes 95 N/S and the Mass Pike. The commuter rail is an 11 minute walk.
