About the room
My son and I live in a rural setting in Fauquier County. Its very quiet here and at times we have deer and turkey in the front yard. The room is in the finished part of the basement and has a shared sitting area and a shared bathroom. You will be responsible for your own food and keeping your spaces clean. I have a cleaning lady and if you want her to clean your area including the sitting area and bathroom that will be an extra charge.
About the roomies
There are 2 separate rooms and at this time only one is rented. A single man is renting one of the rooms and is happy with the space. He works Monday through Friday and sometimes Saturdays.
