Aspenglow Place

Located in the Morningside Community off Cottonwood Ave in Santee, we are a nice, quiet gated community. Rent is for the 10’ x 12’ bedroom on the first floor, which have its own private bathroom.

Rent includes all utilities (electricity, gas, water and internet) and access to the community pool. Shared kitchen, laundry and living room.

Garage parking available; if you have a motorcycle, you can park it next to mine. Looking for a roommate who’s preferably single, nonsmoker, and no pets.

If you don’t meet all three criteria, that is ok! I don’t have a yard, so having dogs might be an issue of you can’t let them out regularly.

Santee is filled with convenience. There’s plenty of places to eat, an open mall, Target, Costco, and even a trolley station for public transportation. We’re extremely close to El Cajon, so there’s even more to do without having to go far.

I’m the only person living here currently and I’m the owner. I’m a single military man (31) who’s in the Navy who’s at a sea-going command, meaning I will be gone for months at a time. I’m very friendly, but I also like to keep to myself. I mainly read, watch tv, play video games or listen to music.

Sometimes I like to go hiking, swimming, snowboarding or walk around and explore. I have an interest in all things regarding computers, photography, and writing. I rarely drink (once every few months), I don’t smoke, and I have no children or pets.
