Morgan's room

Cozy 11x10 room with sliding door closet. The apartment itself is 3 bedroom, 2 bath, and 1144 sqft with a good sized living room, dining room, and a decent kitchen. There is in-unit laundry and heating, but no A/C. There is currently one other room available for rent. It’s 8x10 with a spacious closet. It will be available mid-June. The 8x10 room and 11x10 room share a bathroom.

I rent a room with my fiancé but we are currently looking to move and don’t want to leave our roommate hanging without anyone else to help with the apartment. She is a 24 year old barista/nanny and rents the master bedroom for her and her 3 year old son. He is calm, quiet, and easy going. My fiancé and I hope to be out by the 17th of June, but this room is currently empty.
