Morgan's room

Cozy 8x10 room with sliding door closet. The apartment itself is 3 bedroom, 2 bath, and 1144 sqft with a good sized living room, dining room, and a decent kitchen. There is in-unit laundry and heating, but no A/C. There is currently one other room available for rent. It’s 11x10 with a spacious closet. It is currently empty. The 8x10 room and 11x10 room share a bathroom.

I have been renting this room with my fiancé but we’re wanting to move into our own space and are looking for someone to replace us. The room is a little tight with two people in it, but would be perfect for one. The renter of the master bedroom is a 24 year old woman with her 3 year old son. He’s calm, quiet, and easy going.
