Renting out a bedroom with private bath in a 2B/2Ba apartment in DOWNTOWN - AVAILABLE ASAP, HEAVILY DISCOUNTED
Hi! I am looking to sublease a bedroom in a gorgeous downtown apartment at Watermarq complex. Dates are April 15th till June 11th. Can be unfurnished or semi-furnished. The rent is $1000/month, there is a $1000 refundable security deposit and a $175 non-refundable admin fee. Utilities will be shared with the other roommate, and are around $125/person in addition to the rent.
The apartment features in-unit laundry and dryer, modern kitchen appliances, a loft space, two covered parking spots and one of the largest patios in the building. The location is amazing, right on the boardwalk next to Ladybird Anne lake, and within walking distance of downtown, S. Congress and even the ACL festival grounds! The amenities include an infinity pool, a well-equipped gym, a big dog park and even free paddle board rentals.
About the roomies
The master bedroom will be occupied by a male in mid-30s, who is very clean and easygoing. He works from the office, so will mostly stay out during the day.
