NE Tac basically Federal Way/Twin Lakes area - Seattle 25 min and Tacoma 11 min. Beautiful home in VERY sought after safe neighborhood with high end homes and spectacular Views of Mountains, Tacoma cityscapes, and the Water(Puget Sound)! Plenty of space, Private Room with Queen Bed and a Full Bathroom right outside your door. We would share laundry room downstairs on Main floor. Amazing covered deck in back. Kitchen Dining and Living all available for you to use anytime. I am very neat and keep the home clean. Your room is of course your space. And I can accommodate in person showings and interviews- you interview me and I you of course. Also texting is great. More pics of interior upon request. And if you have your own Furniture I can remove the furniture for you. :)

We are a fun and warm household, it’s just my daughter and I and we like our place to be clean, a relaxing getaway from the stress of life, and are looking for a female roommate. Or a very considerate and clean male roommate. You hear the occasional Movie or laughter in the background. And we have a Retriever and 2 orange Tabbys they stay near us. We are often busy in the evenings out and about. During business hours M-F I work from home doing and leave for appts and errands. I want a roomie who has an opposite schedule or at least a social life. ALSO CLEANLINESS is important in common areas. I clean up after myself and would love the same. And you will NEVER have to clean up after me. On Tues/Thurs evenings I teach a dance class. And we have soccer practices also. So there will be times you get the house to yourself. Also, I work on weekends often. We have 2 living rooms so there’s plenty of space to enjoy outside of your room. There’s also a covered deck in the back with patio furniture. Great place to have a cup of coffee, a cocktail, or read when it’s warmer. This home has a view of the water from back of house(kitchen, dining, family room). This is a very exclusive neighborhood. It’s quiet and extremely safe. All the neighbors are really nice and everyone takes great care of their property. The ideal person for us would care about coming home to an actual HOME not a Bachelor pad. There is a private laundry room downstairs, connected to the powder room. There is a two car garage. However, we are using it for storage and do not park in the garage… That can be adjusted if need be. I’m friendly and outgoing and understand some people just like their solo time. :) Pets are fine but have to get along with ours and be FULLY housebroken please. A Smaller dog is ok/best as I have a large breed already. A cat would be very welcome. The yard has a back patio also and is not fully fenced.
