Single room and private, detached bathroom for rent in beautiful Laguna Niguel, CA. It is only a 10 minute drive to Dana Point beach. The bedroom is already furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, tv, desk, and side table. The single room and bathroom are the only one’s downstairs so it is very private. The bedroom has easy access to the washer and dryer and kitchen areas.

I am a single female in my late thirties. Myself and my two dogs are the only occupants in our two story condo. I own a 3 year old Boston Terrier and 2 year old Lab mix. You must be dog friendly. I work remotely from home 40 hours a week in the Insurance industry.
