Each individual will have their own personal key for their room for full privacy. They also get a dedicated space in the pantry, kitchen cabinets, and fridge. All the rooms are fully furnished with a full/queen size bed, work desk and executive chair and a walk-in closet. The rent includes all the utilities, high speed internet, and professional cleaning. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 (shared) bathrooms, common area with study/den/gym room, open floor plan with gourmet kitchen, breakfast nook, living room, & a huge backyard to relax. Upstairs huge game room/media room with 3 bedrooms with walk-in closets. Master bedroom has a humongous walk-in closet, standing shower and a bathtub, washer dryer.
