We are a family household renting out 2 rooms with private bathroom for $800
- 1 room can come completely furnished or we could empty the room for new tenants furniture.
Must be pet friendly.
Rent due on day of move in, room will be available on April, 25th.
No cable but we do have internet.
Laundry on site.
Driveway parking.
Kitchen access.
Near schools, a few stores (family dollar, liquor store, tobacco shop, etc..)
We are ONLY 420 friendly, no other substances.
No smoking inside house, smoking outside only.
