This is a spacious apartment home. Two bedroom Two bathroom. The room for rent is spacious with your own big bathroom and walk in closet. Washer/Dryer inside of apartment. Amazing amenities such as gym, business center, hot tub, pool, barbecue areas, fire pit, tennis court, and basketball court. You are responsible for halve of utilities and wifi if you want to use it. You will sublease the room from now until December 2nd and then can discuss renewing if interested.

There is an adult woman and two year old male child that lives here already. You must pass a background check and be respectful of the shared space. You must discuss house rules with tenant. No pets allowed. No smoking. No drinking. You must work outside of the home full-time.
