Hey everyone! I’m looking for a roommate to rent a private, fully furnished room in the Winchester area. The room itself is totally ready to go and even comes with your own TV and mini-fridge!
The location is honestly amazing. It’s super close to the Strip and Downtown, and right near the Sahara DMV. Plus, everything you need is practically right around the corner. Getting groceries is super easy with Albertsons, La Bonita, and Cardenas close by. If you don’t feel like cooking, you’ve got Panda Express, Roberto’s Taco Shop, El Pollo Loco, Wendy’s, Burger King, and Subway. Running errands is also a breeze since we are right by a USPS Post Office, UPS, Ross, and DD’s Discounts.
The complex itself is a hidden gem. If you’re tired of the typical Vegas concrete, you’ll love it here. It’s very peaceful and quiet, with a huge lawn and tons of trees. The buildings are really spread out, so you get a lot of privacy. As a bonus, there’s a community pool, a heated jacuzzi, and washers and dryers right in the building.
