The Apartment: This is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment located in Twin Peaks. It features a long outdoor patio that faces the street. No city views, but that helps the rent stay nice and low, relatively speaking ;) The kitchen is spacious, with a dishwasher, plenty of counter space and cabinets. There is vinyl plank flooring throughout, with the exception of the kitchen, which is linoleum. Good natural light throughout and lots of closet space. The room I’m renting has its own closet and is next to the private half bathroom (but not attached). You’d be sharing the larger bathroom with the shower/tub. You would help with PG&E and Internet bills. The unit only has 5 total apartments with respectful neighbors. There is a washing machine and dryer available through PayRange in the garage.

Twin Peaks: The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, situated near an elementary school. The 37 bus comes about every 20 mins and the stop is close to the building. There’s no parking permit required on the street if you do have a car. You can walk to Twin Peaks for a great view and workout! About a mile away is a small shopping center that has a Starbucks, Molly Stone, CVS, and taqueria.

I’m a 30-year-old professional working in advertising, currently on a hybrid work schedule (1-2 days in office, the rest are WFH). I have a sweet 8-year-old corgi, so dog hair is life (but this is why I own two vacuum cleaners and multiple lint rollers, don’t you worry). I’m very tidy and clean. I consider myself an ambivert but mostly enjoy chilling at home. I like to watch TV/movies, go to the gym, take walks, do yoga, read, try new restaurants, cook, listen to podcasts, and pursue creative outlets.
