The place is tucked behind another home with two gates which makes it feels extra safe in already calm/quiet neighborhood. The unit is next to an elderly apartment and other people in the units are super dope (most are educators and social workers).

The two bedrooms are separated by a bathroom so barely hear each other if ever. Kitchen is fully furnished so feel free to use, also hella space if you want to bring stuff. Plenty of street parking. Laundry unit onsite.

I’m looking for a May 1st move in~

I work as a high school English teacher and newcomers teacher while coaching teachers plus other part time jobs. I will be starting school to be an admin in the summer while working full time so I’m mainly working lol. When I’m not working, I love reading, writing, cooking, gardening, naturing, exploring/appreciating other culture. I am pretty chill, organized, responsible, and approach life/situation with curiosity.
