Filbert Street

Seeking: Two roommates for two open rooms starting 5/1/23 in North Beach. I am looking for two people to move into an apartment on Filbert Street in between Grant and Stockton to take the place of both roommates who are moving out. I am looking for a May 1st move-in date with a long term commitment (new lease). The rooms will be open later this month so earlier move in is possible as well. The apartment is a 3 bed 1 bath and is fully furnished apart for the two rooms for rent. Both rooms are identical (I just have one posted). It is a block away from Washington Square Park and North Beach bars and restaurants. Also walking distance to Downtown/Financial District. I have a car here and use street parking. I typically find a spot within 2-3 blocks. The available rooms are large enough to fit a queen-size bed, one comes with a large wardrobe, has a closet, and space for a desk. Your rent would be $1,200 plus utilities (water, gas, electricity, internet), which come out to roughly $100 total. I work full-time and typically do not work from home. We are clean and typically do not have late nights. We are social and occasionally have our friends over; we also appreciate and respect our own time/privacy.
