Looking for a fantastic roommate to share our beautiful 3300 sf home in the gated Eagle Crest Golf Club community in Escondido. Our home is occupied by two easy-going, straight-white guys in their 30s and 50s, and we’re looking for a friendly and responsible individual to share our space.

Our home is fully furnished and move-in ready, with all the amenities you need. The lower level has a pool table, casual living room, family room, laundry room, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with KitchenAid and multiple Ninja appliances, cookware, and dishes. There is also an additional refrigerator/freezer and a separate freezer in the garage.

You will have your own first-floor bedroom and bathroom, and we can even help create a downstairs office for you if desired. We have fully furnished the bedroom, and the bed is less than a year old. You may use any of it, or furnish it with your own.

We have a big backyard that includes a gardener to take care of it. You’ll also see amazing Poppies every spring. We have DirecTV, free Netflix, unlimited high-speed Cox internet, and the MLB package if you’re a baseball fan.

We have three adorable chihuahua/mix dogs that will love you after a day of getting to know you. Unfortunately, we can’t have any more pets. We’re super easy to get along with. One of us works outside of the house and enjoys gaming when at home. The other works out of the office on the second floor and is fanatical about Aztecs football/basketball and Dodger baseball. We’re very different, but we get along great and have been roommates for five years.

Our 350-home community is fantastic, with mountains and views all around us and palm trees everywhere. You’ll have access to our pool and clubhouse, a park with a half-court basketball, and a nice golf course with very reasonable fees. The place is extremely quiet, with nice people out on dog walks and runs throughout the community.

We’re absolutely open to a female roommate (male as well), and you’ll be in a very safe environment inside and outside the home. We’re looking for someone that is drama-free, with a good sense of humor, honest, responsible, and who loves our dogs at all times. Good communication is essential, and keeping the house clean is a must.
