The rooms are in an historic downtown South San Francisco location. Restaurants, mass transit, shopping and parking access are conveniently nearby. Rent includes electric, garbage, water. Shared bathrooms, although there are a couple of rooms available with a private bath. A shared kitchen open for all tenants
