Private room and bathroom in a 2bd/2bath apartment. Room is furnished with a full size bed, night stand, desk, small dresser. Apartment community is nice with lots of nearby good restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Walking/Biking trail nearby too. A community pool that is fun with lots of sun, community area and gym. Bills include: water, trash, electricity, internet. Kitchen is stocked with basic supplies and available for use. In apartment washer and dryer.

I’ve lived at this location for almost 4 years and love it! I’m a working professional and enjoy being around friends, chilling by the pool or trying new places around town. I have a schnoodle, Lou, who is 10 years old, so must be pet friendly. The community is young professionals mostly new to Houston. I’ve met several friends within the community. Looking for a short term/temporary roommate to assist with my increasing expenses. I have been living by myself and happy to share the space! Please DM me with any questions or more information!
