Hello! I am looking for a roomie to share a house in New port Richey, it’s located next to the Wawa on 19 & 54. It’s a quiet area, safe at night and close to a couple shops and restaurants. Landlord will only allow Female roomies, sorry boys; also no smoking or pets. Rent includes water, electricity and WiFi. We will share the driveway, bathroom, kitchen and common areas.
