About the room
Hii I am subleasing my apartment in Torre this summer. It is a 2x2 shared room that comes with a TV. The apartment has a view of campus, a full kitchen, and a living room with a TV. My roommates are all really lovely, sweet, and super friendly. The rent is $850 without utilities, but the bill averages $20. The room will be shared with another girl already occupying the space and is really sweet!!!! Amenities include a state of the art gym, sky lounge, rooftop with a pool and hot tub, private studio pods, and a fule up cafe. The lease would start on May 1 and end on July 31, you can to stend the lease. 5 minute walk to campus.
About the roomies
You will share the apartment with young students who are very neat and quiet, your roommate is very friendly and respects your space.
