2 bed 2 bath triplex house/apartment, 2 tenants per room. Water included in rent, all other utilities are handled by tenants, fully furnished living space, fully applianced kitchen, washer/dryer included, available street parking. Looking for one person to occupy one of the rooms where a previous tenant is moving out at the end of graduation (June 2023).

The three other people living on the property are Ben, Joey, & Michael; all current 3rd year UCSC students. All are frequently in and out of the house due to school and part-time work. All are academically motivated but also enjoy partaking in occasional extracurricular activities.
