3 bedroom 2 bath property. Private room and shared bathroom. Washer and Dryer for use as well as garage storage. Furnished home and kitchen, unfurnished bedroom- but we can work something out if you need a bed. Internet, home security door bell, cameras, and system all included. Trash and water included. A portion of the electricity will be due along with rent per month.

The current living situation is myself (the owner) and one male roomate. The bathroom would be shared- it’s kept clean and would be expected for you to do the same. I work in animal medicine and have two friendly puppies- so you must like animals. We live a very quiet life- no big parties. If you’re a smoker, I just ask that you do that outside. We are a very easy going household and would like a roomate who fits our lifestyle.
