Serious inquiries only!! $550 Security deposit so $1100 moves you in. Need someone to move in May 1st or ASAP. Two references and proof of income required to pass on to my landlord. The house is located within walking distance of a golf course with a walking/running trail. I am a very light sleeper and have had trouble with hearing loud sports vehicles off Charlotte Avenue at night, so it might be nice if you’re a heavy sleeper, or can find a way to block the window better than I have. The room is upstairs, small, with a small closet. I bought a clothes rack which I’m going to leave. There’s an extra small closet outside the room as well. If you really have a lot of stuff, there is extra storage in the laundry room downstairs. The carpets have been changed recently here and we haven’t had animals in the house since then. Unfortunately my landlord doesn’t allow pets. We’re looking for ONE person to rent the room. It’s a convenient location, close to freeways.

The room for rent is the one I’m currently moving out of.Musician friendly(I practiced guitar in here but not after 10 P.M). The housemate in the room upstairs can be a bit messy. Let me define messy: leaving food on kitchen countertops daily. I am basically the only one who usually uses the kitchen, but sometimes my housemate cooks and he just doesn’t know how to clean everything up. The roommate who lives on the ground level is nice, and he works a lot. Everyone here is male besides me. We all just kind of work a lot and keep to ourselves. There is a new housemate who will be renting the basement, which has its own bathroom. Ages range from 25 to 40. The three of us share one bathroom on the ground level. I will be moving out, but I’m basically the only one who’s always using the bathroom. It hasn’t been an issue and there’s always an extra one for emergencies. You would have a personal key to your room. Everyone is allowed to use the kitchen, living room and dining room and there’s plenty of space in there. The lease is up in September but my landlord is allowing me to move out early. You would be taking over that lease which ends August 31st. The utilities are Google fiber internet, gas, electric, and water. We pay around 80 to 110 each for utilities every month. Other expenses just include our lawn mower and she comes about twice a month, each of us then would pay 20 per month for the lawn. There is a washer and dryer downstairs on the basement level.
