Hello! We are looking to rent out a bedroom in house in South Fremont (by automall dr) (ONLY for ONE person from 18-30yrs old FOR AT LEAST 3 MONTHS!!!).

LOCATION: The house is located next to Interstate 680 and 880, Automall drive, Ohlone College, Tesla factory and offices, Kaiser, Target, Starbucks, banks like Chase, BOFA, Well’s Fargo, 24 Hour gym and other numerous eating and drinking venues.

FURNITURE: The house is fully furnished, the room has a queen size bed, a desk along with a chair, and a spacious walk-in closet. If you have any furniture or stuff with you, you can put them in our garage as long as it is compact. Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, dishes, gas-stove (you can also use our dishes). The bathroom is shared and obviously has a toilet and a bathtub :) and a foot stoop for comfortable bm.

RENT: -$1100/month -includes water, gas, electricity, garbage, sewer, TV and internet, etc.

• deposit of $1000 required and we run a background check

Other Amenities to Note: -Full access to kitchen, dining table, living room, backyard.

• There is a lot of street parking available right next to the house

We are a family and are looking for someone who is clean, outgoing and responsible. We will not include you on the lease because roommates come and go and constantly changing the lease would piss off the landlord, plus the more people we have on the lease, the more we pay for bills and it would increase your rent and we don’t think you’d want to pay extra. Even though almost all of our previous roommates have become our close family friends, you and our family don’t have to be best friends, but we need to communicate effectively. This will be your home too, so of course you will have access to the kitchen, bathroom and all shared common areas. (I don’t understand all of this “no cooking,” “light pooping only” stuff on Craigslist). You are more than welcome to have occasional overnights with your friends, as long as it’s not more than once a week and you let us know if/who is coming over.
