Ryane's room

The apartment is about a 10 minute walk from the beach, we have a balcony with view of the port/ocean. Lots of pretty parks, cliff hiking, tide pools near by.

It’s a 2 bed, 2 bath. You would have your own room and private bathroom. There’s free street parking everywhere which is rare in LA.

$895+ wifi, electricity and gas. Water is paid. I have a washer and dryer in the apartment which is nice.

I also have a cat and she’s a sweetie.

I’m a 30 year old woman working in childcare. I’m very outdoorsy, clean, and responsible. I work early mornings and so do a lot of my neighbors so during the week, the building’s quiet hours are 10pm. Guests are more than welcome on the weekends but it’s definitely not a party house.
