Beautiful home just 2 miles from downtown & Broadway. Fenced in backyard, furnished community space, and a lovey deck for sitting outside with friends. Grocery shopping and the gym are less than a mile away. Internet is included but electric and water are split 3 ways.

There are two other roommates in the home, one being the the owner. Both of us have professional positions and work during the day. I have had several roommates over the years in this home and we have never had a bad experience.
