Your unfurnished room has a private bathroom. $1,300 per month $1,300 deposit Month to month is fine This room is for 1 person only. No couples. No pets we have one a non shedding 15 lb Maltipoo Absolutely NO smoking, vaping or drugs, gummies etc last 2 tenants lied and just a waste of time and energy for everyone. Will get immediate eviction!

Plenty of street parking in lot and street outside the front door.

About our town San Elijo Hills has its own town center, featuring a clock tower, a fountain, a common area and rows of shops.
