This home resides in a very quiet neighborhood approximately 20 min from Duke Field, 30 min from Eglin AFB and 40 min from Hurlburt Field! With the new Crestview Commons being built 10 min down the road there’s an Aldi, Walmart, Publix, Chick-Fil-A, Ulta and so much more! You will have your own private room separate from the other rooms with entry to the backyard and your own private bathroom! Almost the entire house has been remodeled in the past year. The bedroom is currently being occupied by myself but will be unfurnished upon move-in. I will also have the closet doors painted and installed before move-in.
Currently living here are 3 other roommates. 1 works at Eglin he stays in his room all day and goes to work, another is almost always at her bf’s so she’s hardly ever here and another works over at the 7th Group who’s hardly home but will be working on the yard upkeep and is leaving on TDY for 3 months over the Summer. It’s a very quiet house and they prefer someone else who is as well. No pets, smokers, couples/families. Military-preferred! We all split the power bill. I cover the wifi, and all water, sewer, and garbage. Serious inquiries only please :)
