River Hills Drive

North Arlington is a great area to live in general just because we are so close to Texas Live, AT&T stadium, etc. But this complex specifically is a good location. No animals allowed just because my dog is very old and doesn’t do well with other animals, unfortunately. The apartment has two rooms, one being smaller with a bathroom in the hallway, and another room being bigger with a bathroom inside the room. I have the bigger room and pay a higher rate for it. We would have a shared living room, patio, and kitchen, and the washer and dryer unit is in the outside storage area.

The rent amount is what my roommate pays now but could go up once our lease ends.

Internet & electricity are separate and around $50 each (approximated)

I am an EMT at a hospital and applying for my Masters currently, I have a toy chihuahua who is old and mainly stays in my room. I have a boyfriend who comes over but other than that I keep to myself most of the time. I enjoy working out, reading, and spending time with my dog and friends and family. My roommate is moving out in August but is flexible and can be out sooner if needed.
