You will share the main floor kitchen, dining, living, and laundry room. Also included is a hot tub on deck. Home sits on an acre of property in a beautiful neighborhood.

There will be a total of 5 renters. The owner’s son will be on the 4th floor (bonus room and will use the 3rd floor bathroom. There will be 2 renters on the second floor and 2 in basement. Each floor has it’s own living space so it’s very private.
