Privileges are using the microwave, laundry room and WIFI access.

Must have transportation, a steady job for at least two years of employment, pay rent on time, clean up after oneself, and be conservative with utilities.

No drugs, non-smoking, no pets, and no over night guest(s). Single occupancy and preference a male roommate.
