Comfortable room (~120 sqt) in a newly renovated and beautiful home, located in a quiet area and fantastic community at Berry Park, San Jose. The room is in a 5 beds/ 3 baths single family house. It comes with furniture (bed, desk, chair). You will have full access to all common living areas.

We are looking for single and clean professionals. No smoking, drugs, or pets. Light drinking and cooking. If there is guest stayed overnight, the tenant must inform us prior to his/her stay. There is no remain parking lot at the house, but street parking lots are easy to find.

The location is walking distance to Martial Cottle Park and Edenvale Gardens Regional Park, 15 mins driving to San Jose downtown. It is also conveniently closed to Snell & Branham Plaza where you can find Safeway, Starbucks, WellsFargo, Panda Express and McDonalds. It is also only 7min-driving to Westfield Oakridge Mall for restaurants and shopping. It is easy access to Capitol Expressway, VTA Light Rail, Cal Train & highways 87, 85 & 101.

8 mins to Western Digital. 15 mins to eBay, Netflix, or IBM. 25 minutes to Apple or Cisco, 30 minutes to Tesla.

Rent includes water, internet and garbage. If the person works from home, there is an additional up to $150 for internet and power consumption.
