Private rooms available for rent in a single-family house. We are renting out 2 rooms in our 4Bed/2Bath single-family home. Well ventilated with ample natural light located 10 minutes walk from Morgan Hill downtown. Our home blessed with spacious backyard with a beautiful Hill view. Close to public transport (less than 2 mins walk to 68 bus) and near to city hall/library, shopping centers, Fitness Gyms, coffee shops, and freeways. One room is furnished (Rent $1,200) and other one is not. Guest renter(s) will have access to the living room and its amenities. The kitchen fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, appliances, and other kitchen essentials will have access based on mutually discussed & agreed. The guest renters assigned hallway bathroom is spacious (twin sink) with plenty of cabinet space. The common laundry room is equipped with full-size washer and a full-size dryer (included in rent), starter laundry essentials, a full-size ironing board, and an iron are available on request. Expectation - You would be employed, responsible, respective and communicative.

We just bought the house, remodeled and moved-in. We are family of 3, son (in collage), husband & wife. Renting 2 private rooms with shared bathroom. We Practice yoga 5 - 6 days a week, enjoy Morgan Hill outdoor and Hike or take-off to meet relatives/friends in weekends.
