Geddes Heights neighborhood. ~10 min drive from EMU campus, 15-20 min to Umich (both campuses). Near bus lines 23, 5 , 42.

3 bedroom house, 1 shared bathroom, everything is furnished except for the rentable room. The house is 1064 sq ft. Photos were taken in 2023, so they’re slightly outdated, but most things are the same. :)

Amenities include: -Driveway parking -In unit washer & dryer -Dishwasher -Kitchen stocked with tons of different appliances -Central AC -5G WiFi -Fenced backyard with a fire pit and concrete patio -Large closets, both in bedroom and around the house -Roku TV in the living room -The basement is unfinished, but is available if you need to store anything.

Payment accepted via Zelle or Venmo. Utilities (water, electricity/heat) will be split evenly between us. NO PETS allowed because I have 2 cats already. No cigarette smokers please!!

I’m the homeowner, and you would be living with me and my 2 cats. I’m a 29 year old high school teacher and I’m looking for another young working professional to live with me who is responsible, clean, chill and above all, won’t be late on rent.
