∙OFFERING: Master Bedroom $1500/month all bills paid with your own en-suite small sitting/living room, 2 Large closet spaces - one walk in closet off the master bath & one regular in the sitting area, linen closet in bathroom. You will have your own refrigerator and 2-door cabinet area in the kitchen.

∙LEASE TERMS: 6 months with option to renew, will consider 3 months for additional fee, Pricing is for 6mo lease. We can negotiate rate based on length of lease, your corporate stipend etc.

∙REQUIREMENTS: Refundable Security Deposit is 1/2 month rent $1,500

Quiet Patio for reflection time with coffee, have some chairs, but not fully furnished yet

Ideally I’m looking for clean and respectful roommates, we don’t have to be best friends, but polite and cordial please. It’s rare, but home is 420 friendly. We’re very chill, quiet people that occasionally have an extra helping of fun.

ROOMMATES: The other 2 rooms on second floor are occupied by myself, 41 self-employed artist and college student, and another female in her 30’s works at UT
