Looking for 1-2 roommates, (preferably 2). Rent will change depending on utilities and amount of roommates/ utilities is separate from the rate above Entire apartment is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. You have your own private room and attached bathroom. You also have your own private balcony. Plenty of closet space and storage available. Dog/cat welcome but must be apartment trained. (No excessive barking, urinating in apartment) No big breeds allowed. Washer and dryer in unit. Dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and fridge included. Must keep common area clean. Welcome to use pots/pans and any other kitchenware. Your room is the one to the right with it’s own balcony (Room will be deep cleaned and the pictures will be updated- feel free to message if you want to check it out in person)

Currently my boyfriend (22), my brother (20) and I (21) live here. My brother is staying in the living room for now until August/September when he transfers out to another college. We have a pug and 3 young cats, they are all crate trained and go in our room at night. When we are out in the common area they usually follow us around. We all work in the daytime and keep to ourselves,
