About the room
Other than the mounted TV, the room is unfurnished. I’m willing to negotiate cost but I do have a lease to sign that can be canceled by either party at any time with a 30-day notice on my end. The bathroom is temporarily shared I’m having renovations done on my master bath.
About the roomies
I live here alone with two dogs and my kids come here one day a week they are well behaved and not loud , I too am very quite while I’m home I’m usually just resting from work/jiujitsu or playing a game In my room with headphones you probably won’t even know I’m here
