Chris's room

Room is very spacious - 20 x 12 - own thermostat for air condition/heat. Rent doesn’t include water/sewer but all other utilities - gas, light, trash, etc. No smoking in apartment. Room furnished with full size bed, office desk and office chair. Private bathroom. There is another room that can be used for guests for a short visit - needs alignment with me. Complex has gym, outdoor pool, entertainment room, business center

It’s only me - I have another place in another state so not always here. I work in the office most days during the week, but start some calls from home early morning or in evenings, my office desk is in my bedroom.
