Hello, I am a graduate student, at a weird transitionary phase and dealing with family health issues elsewhere, looking at the possibility of subletting, maybe even a lease takeover if you want to buy my furniture as well.

The apartment is 1 bedroom 1 bath, high ceilings, classical art on the walls, bookshelves (books can stay if you want), projector, pretty much everything you need (except no washer/dryer), in the beautiful historic Fort Wood district, just a short walking distance from the University and downtown.

I will most likely be storing my personal possessions such as clothes etc. (to make some room for your stuff) either in my car or in a storage unit. So, this would be ideal for someone who doesn’t have much possessions beyond your clothing and basic stuff, no room for additional furniture. I much prefer to rent to very quiet and mature people, since my furniture will still be here.
