• private room with private bathroom available immediately. Room in a condo in Oceanside! It is a private room with a private bathroom (not attached) the only picture I got was the one from the top of the stairs, there is a shower you just can’t see. The condo is 3 stories, the top floor is my room and the master bedroom taken by 2 girls, as well as the washer and dryer. Room for rent is on the second floor with the kitchen, living area, and balcony. The bottom floor is the entry way with a closet that leads to the front door and garage. The garage spots are taken but street parking is available, you will just have to get a parking permit for the area that lasts as long as your lease! Sadly no pets allowed and no smoking in the house. Roommates are all females in their early 20s, so female preferred! Message me for any questions :)

Im a student at CSUSM and I also work pretty often. The other girls are sisters, younger one has been my friend for 7 years. We are all very chill and easy going but also enjoy a night out.
