Nathan's room

This is a 3 bed 2 bath house with a decent sized front and backyard. It has a spacious kitchen and living room. Two of these rooms will be available, hence I am looking for two roommates to move in. There is potentially some room to work out a sublet for some amount of time, but has not been confirmed as of yet. Current lease time is a year - move in June 1st - Move out May 31st. As per our landlord’s lease agreement, there are no pets are allowed and no smoking. The place is furnished in all the common spaces, has a fully outfitted kitchen with lots of food/appliance storage, washer/dryer, and a nice back patio. Located in the South College Heights neighborhood, a short bike ride away from campus and old town, and right near multiple grocery stores. There is a 2 car driveway for parking and room for street parking. Myself along with other former tenants have maintained the yard throughout the year (mowing, raking, etc.).

My name is Nathan, I’m 26 and graduate of CSU. I have been renting here for 5 years now and have been fortunate to live with a rotating cast of friends over the years. I’ve really made this place feel like home being here for a while now, hence why I am choosing to stay for another lease cycle. It has always been kept fairly clean and tidy especially in common spaces. I’m not someone who has ever fretted over delegating such tasks, it has always been an understanding of common sense and respect with other roommates. I love music and play a couple of instruments for fun, so that’s definitely a big aspect of this house. I cook at home most nights of the week and love to grill as much as I can. I’m also a bike mechanic/cyclist so any an all interest in that is always a plus. This has been a great location for me for a while now so I am hoping I can find some folks about the same age that will mesh well here. As I am now looking for two folks to move in I am hoping for both prospective roommates along with myself to be able to meet up prior to making any agreements.
