I have a shared rooms/equipped space within my home for rent. Although this ad is under shared space…you will actually have your own private space. We will have the same entrance and exit doors for security, fire safety, etc. Although this is shared space, you will have your complete privacy. This is a 2 bedroom (one can be used as Bedroom..one as living room) has a good size bathroom and country kitchen. You will have your own washer/dryer. Clean and ready!

Rent is $995 (Utilities are included!! This means electric, water, internet, sewer, lawncare)

Sorry, no smoking or pets. I must stress here….you must BE CLEAN!!!!! If you are the type to leave food out, dirty dishes, sink full of pots and dirty pans…this is not the space for you. This space is clean and neat and am looking for the same. Of course, guests are allowed but due to the nature of utility costs there cannot be multiple on-going or any long term stay over guests. No Drama! No drugs! No smoking.

Please reply to this post and tell me about you. If your credit is less than stellar that’s fine…but you must have rental references and proof of income.
