Hi, I have a nice spacious studio (535 sq ft) to share in one of the luxury high rises along the East River in Long Island City with amazing views of Queensboro bridge and Manhattan. The building has a well equipped gym (with classes), yoga studio, two outdoor tennis courts, lounge (where folks like to work remotely) and front desk staff to handle all of your needs. There is laundry on every floor and a larger laundry room on 6th with supersized machines. There is ample closet space (two large and one large linen). All utilities included.

The neighborhood is about a 12 min walk to Vernon Blvd-Jackson Ave Station and the building offers a shuttle. There are a lot of yummy bakeries, cafes, breweries and restaurants in the area to explore. The unit is right next Gantry Plaza Park where the Pepsi Cola sign is and it’s really nice to jog along the path. The nearby Hunters Point library is also a great place to study and work remotely (seating with outlets).

I’m looking for someone clean and responsible to share my studio space on a short-term basis. I am mostly out and about hanging out/working in cafes, meeting friends, exploring the boroughs, and exercising.

The unit is furnished with queen bed, desk dining table, TV, and kitchenwares. This would be for short-term roommate situation, and I can add a room divider for some privacy and I would use an air mattress or tatami mat.

For full time usage of the studio by yourself, rent would be $3200 per month, and can be prorated for a daily rate.
