Beachside home in excellent family friendly neighborhood of Satellite Beach. Beach access is walkable at the end of the street. The home is larger with multiple living areas. You will have dedicated food storage in the kitchen. You will be sharing a medium size bathroom with 2 other renters. All common areas of home will be shared. The garage area is not shared. There is a large driveway to park and street parking is acceptable too. Utilities will be split between all renters currently renting.

I am a local teacher looking to share my home with other female renters. I love the beach lifestyle. I have a sweet cat that will share our home so I can not accept other animals.
