Room available on December 1st. (December 1st,2023- August 31st,2024)

I’m looking for roommate to share my apartment. We are currently 2 people, one male and one female. We are working professionals. We are both quite, clean and little introvert. It’s $1,200 per month, utilities included (hot water, heat, electricity, internet). There is furnished room. We will share kitchen and bathroom. Laundry is in the building.

the location is great: Steps from the Green line, close to B line. Short walk to shops, cafes,and restaurants on Harvard Ave Minutes to Stars Market Very convenient if you’re going to Boston University (BU), Boston College (BC), or downtown boston Subway: Green line B - Babcock st 1 minutes walk Bus: 57 just 1 minutes walk

We are looking for: Absolutely no smoking please (that includes 420), no drugs and no house parties. If you like to be up late at night, feel comfortable but please be respectful of loud noise during sleeping hours (10PM to 8AM). We are very open-minded and respectful of others–we hope you are the same!

My roommate is a male professional who works 6 days a week. He is very quiet and introvert too.
