Nice 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in a cozy spot in Redondo (6 minutes from Hermosa Pier). The apartment is already furnished with many things including 2 couches, a TV, kitchen table, equipped kitchen (oven, stove, fridge), washer and dryer. It also includes a storage garage.

I am a 25 year old mechanical engineer working at an aerospace startup. I moved out here year 1.5 years ago from Kansas straight out of school. I am fairly active and enjoy hanging out/getting drinks with friends, playing super smash bros melee, running, working on my beater car, playing beach volleyball, and working on small projects involving building electrified things. I’d say I am looking for a professional who is sociable, fun and someone I can get along with. You would have to be comfortable with having people over although you will always be welcome to join in on the fun. Our neighbor shares a wall with us and is a nice old man who keeps the area around the apartment very pleasant is always around to help with random stuff. Everyone else are quiet and respectful neighbors in their 30s-40s.
