I am currently renting a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the Heights area with one of my longtime friends. We have wifi, and a washer and dryer. I am looking to move back home in my parents home because they are getting older and need assistance, but do not want to break the lease as it makes no sense to do so, and cannot leave my friend/roommate hanging with a rent two people are supposed to afford. My roommate is 26. He works full time at HEB, (I work from home), and honestly I hardly ever see him lol. He’s quiet, and clean. There are also no pets in this apartment. He is 420 friendly and does not mind if you want to smoke in the house. He is usually in his room watching TV/movies, or playing video games. He hardly uses the kitchen for cooking, so if you like to cook, you’ll always have that space available. He’s very sweet and unproblematic, hence why we’ve been friends for years and years.
