Hello! I’m looking for someone (females only) to take over my lease starting April/May 2023-September 2023 for a shared master bedroom. The house is located within about 10-15 min walk and less than 5 minutes’ drive from UCR. It’s a 2b2b apartment with a patio in Dwell Apartments.
- The rent is $570/month (water and trash included)
- Gas and Electricity Utilities range from $20-$30/month with internet being $13/month
- Bathroom is attached to the room.
